• 2009 - Establishing PT. Sarana Agra Gemilang, a cement producing subsidiary of Ganda Group, starting with a Joint Operation Scheme with Semen Kupang factory, and presently preparing a new plant of 10,000 Tpd cement production
• 2009 - Restructuring & Revitalization of PT. Indonesian Minerals & Coal Mining, a company that provides bulk port services, mainly for the coal industry in South Kalimantan coast near Muara Kintap
• 2007 - Restructuring & Revitalization of PT. Darma Henwa, Tbk. [BEI designation: dewa], a mining contractor of PT. Kaltim Prima Coal & PT. Arutmin Indonesia. PT. Darma Henwa achieved 5,600,000 MT of coal during it’s first year of mining operations in Bengalon Project Management & Control of Corporate Outsourcing / Subcontracting Programs
• 2003 - To support Pertamina’s Refinery UP-IV Plant in Cilacap, PT. PLN’s PLTU Tanjung Jati B in Jepara, Indonesia
• 2003 - Successful Tender Bid : PLN’s Aero-Derivative Gas Turbine Power Plant near Samarinda, East Kalimantan, Indonesia [Project Value ~ USD 107 Mio].

• 2010 – PT Semen Bosowa Maros, assessment for upgrading 6000 Tpd to 7000 Tpd
• 2010 – PT Semen Gresik Tuban 1 : upgrading project for installation and casing construction ID Fan
• 2010 – PT. Holcim Tbk., Packing Plant Project at Batam, Perawang and Dumai 2000 ton silo and 300,000 tpy cement
• 2009 – PT Semen Tonasa : Tonasa V Project Fuel Tank Storage  8 x 5000 ton
• 2009 – Jambi Merang Project  : LNG Storage Spherical Tank, dia 9 meter.
